Firth Park

Firestorm

Firestorm is a youth club based in Firth Park and is open each week. We run a drop in session for young people from Firth Park and the surrounding areas.

There are activities such as indoor football, arts and crafts, nail painting, Playstation games and much more. At the end of the club there is a chance to get together to talk about God, life and what's important to us.

We have been on trips including, ice skating, roller skating, laser quest, bowling, Go-Karting and more. There is a particular focus on music and we will often have a mic available for young people to MC and show their talent.

We have taken some of the young people to a recording studio and given them the opportunity to perform at a Showcase event we run at the O2 Academy in Sheffield city centre.

Girls Group

Girls Group is a small group that meet up each week. It's a safe place for the girls to chat about issues that they face and discuss how they see the world and the way they want to live. We have been out for meals, been tubing, been on a weekend away in Manchester and a camping trip. In the future we would like to go on a trip to Africa to see how other people live and experience new things.
