The Centres
We want to meet and get to know all kinds of different young people in Sheffield. We think that the best way to do this isn't to put on a big ton of flashy lights on the church but rather we send God filled people to go and hang out at the very heart of the communities where they live and spend their time. Weather the youth we meet have playstations coming out of their ears or they live in some of the places where people fear the hooded faces, these young people are made in the image of God and are overflowing with awesome potential. With this heart we have already begun to move out onto the estates of Langestt, Upperthorpe/Netherthorpe, Shiregreen, Sharrow, High Green, Firth Park, and Banner Cross. We’re looking to start up communities in Pitsmoor, The Manor, Parsons Cross and anywhere else God calls us in the future.
Each area works differently:
