The Structure ...

We don’t want to spend all our time sitting around in meetings debating structure! However we do know it’s important for people to understand where they can fit!

Forge is led by Rich Atkinson.

Steering Group

We have a group of people from churches across Sheffield who form the Forge steering group. This group works to drive the vision and strategy for the Forge Network forward.

Vision Groups

For all of the vehicles city wide events we have gathered and will continue to gather teams of like minded youth workers who feel they specifically want to influence an area of the network. This will include groups to develop and grow events such as Glory Revolution, S:what, training and ministries such as Forge Sports.

Accountability

Forge is currently accountable through the leadership structures of St Thomas Church with the full support of the senior team.

Finance

Forge is funded through various funding streams. All events and activities are dependent upon local churches, external organisations and fund-raising/bid writing. Forge is financially accountable to St Thomas Church Philadelphia and the steering group.
