Forge City Wide Events:
We know that the best youth work happens in the small communities based in churches and neighbourhoods spread across the city. However, there is a great dynamic when hundreds of young people gather for big events where they can encounter God in ways impossible in their smaller communities. The Forge network gathers people so that we can pool our resources and efforts to run high quality discipleship and mission events.
Forge Leaders Training and Learning Communities:
We don’t believe that there’s one simple formula for reaching teenagers. Everyone has great ideas and methods which we can all learn from ... iron sharpens iron! We also believe we have lots to learn from people outside the city who we can get to come and train and equip us. We facilitate training and learning communities that help reach these goals.
Forge Resources:
Since we know that the best youth work happens in the small communities our heart is to get resources into the hands of the amazing youth workers whether voluntary or paid who are reaching teenagers week in week out! The Forge network collates resources from those actually currently doing youth work and makes them available to others in the network.
