We'd like to introduce you to some of our amazing team leaders

 

Sam Evans

Sam is the leader of Forge Youth.  He arrived on team as a fresh face cheeky lad from the south at 18 and ended up doing his youth degree placement here.  After going away to Africa he returned to work for a secular charity and in 2015 he started as leader of Forge Youth. 

 

 


Chris Nall

Chris oversees Forge Sports. He is married to Rowann and they have 2 children called Elliot and Zoe.  He arrived in Sheffield in 2003 for University and has been working with young people in different ways ever since.  Chris loves sport and is passionate about it being played in a fair way and using it to work with young people.


Steve HipwellSteve Hipwell

Steve is responsible for Pitsmoor Youth club and he is reponsible for our 1-1 coaching work in Firth Park.  He joined the Forge team in 2013, after spending 4 years volunteering with the children’s work.  Steve’s hope is that the young people he works with really engage with what Jesus offers to them.


Allison Wilkinson

Allison oversees our work in Shiregreen and Firth Park. Allison is from the US and moved to Sheffield with her husband Chris this year.  She has a massive heart for young people and is excited to get started!


Jamie Ring

Jamie is currently working with Forge Youth as part of my university placement. She leads the project in Arbourthorne and is involved in schools work in Shiregreen.  She loves seeing God move in the lives of young people in these areas. Jamie is also an amazing worship leader.


Livvi Stoddart

Livvi oversees all our Network Church Sheffield youth work that comes our of the Philadelphia and Kings Centre bases.  She has been volunteering with KC Youth and has no started on team.


Louise Ednie

Louise heads up our kids club at Ellesmere in partnership with the Centenary Project and Northern Lights Partnership.  She has spent a year in Sicily on misson before returning to the UK.


Luke Lonergan

Luke is leading our SCYL football league at Goodwin Sports Centre.  He in the final year of his degree at the University of Sheffield.  He loves football and wants to use it to make a difference in peoples lives.  Luke also runs Sheffield Union Football Club which is a club through the University of Sheffield.


Brenda maleco

Brenda runs our new youth club in Parson Cross in partnership with St Philips.
